image.jpg image.jpg We where at Lake Norfork in AR this weekend for our annual family reunion and when we retuned back to the ramp Saturday evening we notice somebody had hit our Tahoe. Took the entire front bumper off from what the witnesses told us. The police and person somewhat put the bumper back up for us which was nice but still had to tie it up just to get back to hotel. Then the work began to make it ride worthy for the 5 hour drive home. Luckily the person stopped and filed a report with the police where they could of easily just left. It was a 40' gooseneck boat trailer. Thankful the boat was in the water or it could of been a lot worse. All she had to do was pull strait going behind all of the trailers instead she went thru a S turn and hit us. The picture of Tahoe is after we got it where we could pull boat out. She also got the wheel and tire.

Man that sucks !!!!

Well...at least it looks like you got hot by somebody who is a,) honest and b.) likely has the money or insurance to pay to get it fixed.

Well not sure if they where going to leave a note from talking with witnesses. There was at least 8 people who came up to us to tell us who hit us and said they where telling them to file a report. They also wanted to make sure the card the police left was still there and that they didn't take it after police left! They probably definitely have the money to fix it from seeing the boat! It was leaving as we where headed in for the day.

Bummer, at least they filed a report.

I'm glad they didn't hit the trailer! Would of hated leaving the boat on the water down there! Looks like it's around 3000.00 to fix from what they can see. Could be some hidden damage that can raise it.
