Hey forum! I traded my SanPan pontoon for a 2018 AR195 (she's a beaut). I am wondering what these wires hanging out are? Are they standard or did the previous owner have something hooked up. TIA

to the best forums on the ole interwebs and Congrats on the boat. I can't tell from the pic but it looks to me that the pic is from the port side hatch and you are looking up at or near where the radio is? If so all those appear to me the normal wiring we have in our '18 SX195. There is a similar grouping of wires under the dashboard they are just wiring harnesses that I assume Yamaha puts in all the various models that allows for different setups. Post some pics of the boat and enjoy the info and the great folks on the boards!

Which wires are you asking about? The red and white ones are outputs from the stereo if you have an amp. Not sure about the black one. Might be an output for a subwoofer but it’s hard to tell. What does the label say? Can’t read it as your picture is blurry.

If you're asking about the off-white wire with the white triangle beside it, I really can‘t tell. It looks familiar but need some more pictures to see better.

Do you know if the previous owner did any mods?

I'm not sure if the previous owner did any mods, still waiting on the marina that stored my pontoon last winter to get back with me a time for the marina I purchased the AR from to come and pick it up so the deal is finalized. They've already paid off my pontoon and are just waiting on it...lol. Then I can pick up my new boat. From everything I've seen it all appears stock as I've only looked at it once

Sweet! I'm definitely gonna add some tower speakers and an amp asap, and also a second battery

Welcome! My brand new boat came straight from the factory with bundles of capped off wires just like that. Trying to figure out which ones I plug my blender into.
