Could be wrong, but remember seeing a thread that contained a link for the 190 FSH windshield fasteners could be replaced from a vendor and not Yamaha. Any help finding it is appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks so much for the link wanted it for possible future use. Armed with your info I found them on amazon for $10 a pair. Yamaha sells them for $10+ each. Thanks again.
FYI repeat FYI. Received a couple this evening that I had ordered to check them out and keep as spares and they do not match the Yamaha clips precisely. The spring loaded clip match the Yamaha clip, but the base that holds the clip in place does not match. Shape is different and screw holes do not lineup with Yamaha base making them useless. If all you need is the spring loaded clip they are a good inexpensive replacement. Yamaha parts catalog shows them costing $6 and change. However, my dealer parts department wants $11 plus per.
