Help with identification

I am trying to identify what the port/seal is called at the rear of the boat right next to the motor. Mine is tearing off and I want to get it replaced. Picture attached. Thank you.

I think its the exhaust valve you can check (see part #19) here to be sure.

Are you sure it's tearing off, or the excess is coming out like most of the rest of us have experienced? That is normal. It should look like a ring about the size of the hole coming out.

It is just the excess silicone coming off. No need to replace it. It happens to all of the boats.
