Boat starts fine, runs fine at any rpm and short term idling... but after long term idling, like trolling for a while, trying to throttle up and head to another location boat seems to hesitate for a few seconds and then clear up and run fine again...any ideas for trouble shooting this issue would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Could be many things... but some things to consider:

- fuel injectors
- bad fuel
- worn spark plugs
- bad ignition coils
etc.

I'd start by replacing the plugs and ensure to install them correctly. Make sure your ignition coils are also in good shape and properly seated. Possibly inspect your fuel injectors... run some fuel line cleaner through. Also make sure there are no loose clamps, all hoses are on properly, etc.

Plugs and coils are relatively new, less than 30 hrs give or take but definitely could be inspected. Kinda leaning towards the injectors, I believe those are original parts that came from factory. Just turned 200 hrs on the clock and I have came to the conclusion that the original owner neglected routine maintenance. Bought it with 142 hrs and have pretty much covered everything from carbon seal, shaft, impeller, pump, plugs and coils, plug tube seals, air filter etc. I believe the intercooler has been changed at some point and it is not an OEM part, so im thinking it also may be possible the motor is becoming heat soaked at lower rpms.?.?. Sounds feasible, lol... Thanks for the help
