Just made an amazing Chicken Marinade from honey I harvested from my hives. I used Chicken thighs.

1/4 cup local honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 clove garlic, I use the minced in jar

Wisk together so honey dilutes some. Put in 1 gallon bag with 4 thighs. I made two batches of marinade for two bags 4 thighs in each, but get the idea.

OMG fantastic on charcoal.

Now I need to get my own hives. Just another way this board is making me spend my money...and not even boating related;)

Oh dude don't get me started. I built 2 4x8 raised garden beds out of cedar and guess what's in it right now??? Yeah, that's right, dirt and weeds and holes from our dog. Tried planting stuff 1 year and got more frustration than produce. Maybe I will list them in the classifieds....haha. Not sure how my neighbors would like me having hives though.

Looks like a good recipe. Simple and easy to prepare.

I'm very hungry now, just read the recipe and I want to get one :arghh:
