I’m in the interested in getting a new 2025 195S and have a huge problem as my garage door is only 80 1/4” as I have a 1” concrete leap + a rubber seal for the door on top, which means I may only be able to role in 80” boat on trailer. I don’t like the SX flimsy Bimini and from what I’ve read here the tower is the way to go.
I’m renting AR210 on BoatSetter and like the tower + my wife likes also the captain chairs and my garage door is limited to 80” tall opening.
I will probably replace the trailer tires to the 205/65/14 as noted in:
How to get your 2016+ AR192 or AR195 in a garage less than 7'
To get the extra height reduction and get the tower stoppers to the maximum longest so the tower will go as low as possible. My concern is that even with all of that, will the windshield still be higher than 80” tall on the trailer? The new 2025 SX190 says height on trailer 7ft - that is 4” higher than I can role in… , and also the 195S specs say that “height on trailer with tower folded” as 7ft, so… anyone able to get their boat in a garage with 80” tall door?
Thanks!
