hmmm, that video is 4 years old, their website is sparse to say the least but I clicked on the buy now and it's still available,

says patent pending,
 
I would say 100% rip off the first time I saw them years ago. But that would be an insult to the other MFG's.

As notice that once you put it in forward, you loose 90% of their surface area. What a waste of money. I doubt there was ever any need for legal action, as these are so inferior. I would hope anyone that saw the video would see that.
