I don't know if I will be able to surf behind my Yamaha ever again. :(

It just won't be the same. Being able to surf the wave 20ft back was amazing. I am essentially comparing a $300000 wave to a $25000 wave. It's just not fair. If I sold my house then I could afford that wave. That's not me but rather my friend who owns the boat.

you get what you pay for. LOL

We ropeless surf good behind our AR240 if we in DEEP water, shallow river wave is always aweful. LOL

Sell the house, buy the boat, buy an RV to live - in .... you've tasted it, there's no turning back ! :)

Just to be clear you don't need a Paragon to get a wave you can surf 20' back. Virtually any v-drive wakesurf boat will support that.

You are correct. We went out on his old boat, the Malibu Wakesetter and it was amazing too, however the wave was definitely not as big. It's for sale if anyone wants to buy it.

No doubt the Paragon is top tier. I've surfed behind several Malibus....not my favorite wave. Don't get me wrong, lots of people love them and for sure they are good. For me, they are a bit on the "soft" side and maybe a bit more skim style than my preferred steeper surf style wave.

@jetboater4life ....true and if you bought a house in Hawaii you would have even bigger waves. BTW....."surfing" behind boats is "fine" but for an old school guy like me the picture over your forum name is for "real" men......cutting the buoys at 41 feet off on a slalom ski is the real deal IMO hanging onto a rope at 15KPH behind a boat is for kids...... Ha Ha (bet I'm gonna hear about that) LOL
