If you can't boat, fish from your dock!

It was a rainy weekend in Kansas City, so I took the family up to the dock to do some fishing. We caught 15 crappie and 10 of them were keepers. My daughter caught her first fish ever and was super excited. I cleaned them up and we ate them tonight. My daughter loved them and wanted more.

From this to....

To this within an hour. Nothing like fresh fish!

Awesome! My 6 year old drags his pole and tackle box down to the dock even if I'm just going down to sweep it off. Not a day goes by that he isn't begging to go fishing! A bad day fishing is better than the best day playing X-Box, Play Station, etc.
