I'm not sure what happened or why over the winter but the rubber that surrounds my keys on the ignition switches deteriorated. Anyone know if you can just replace the rubber part? How? Where to get etc?

I purchased a couple on e-bay. I actually ordered them for my Polaris Ranger but they fit.
 
Same thing happened to mine @vxooxv. Looked exactly like your pic.

Found the part number.... 6k1-82532-00-00

Ebay at around 4.00 each. Ridiculous for a .02 piece of rubber
 
Nice of them to make it... They could force you to buy the whole assembly. Be glad there is a $4 part you can buy!
