Is that grove cut in from the impeller? If so what is the cause? Does this mean new impeller and wear ring?

I bought the boat last July. Have put 100 hours on it since then. Only issues I’ve had with the boat was at the end of the summer the stator went bad. 1200 dollars later. Lol. I’ve now taken the boat out 3 times this summer. Have not had any issues and I have never had anything sucked up. Today though while I was at the dock driving in to the trailer it started vibrating like crazy when I reved the engines. Once I hit the trailer I floored it and seemed to clear what ever was in there. I got up under the boat to see if anything was still stuck in the impeller and did not see anything just noticed what I’m showing in the picture. To me it looks like the impeller has cut out a groove in the wear ring. There are some jagged edges on the impeller. I had my wife crank the boat while I was underneath so I could see the impeller spinning and it was a little clanky. I should have took a video. Anyways I’m like 99 percent positive something was wedged for a minute maybe but being under there and seeing what’s in the picture I’m here for advice on what you guys are seeing in that picture. Does that look like it’s time for a new impeller and housing or is that normal wear that should be ok until it causes noticeable problems? I have no idea.

I would take the boat out again and see if it drived ok, I've seen much worse looking impellers/wear rings
