In need of right jet boat engine rebuild/ or used engine

I'm in the marietta, ga area and I'm looking for someone whom can do a rebuild on by right engine, The last cylinder has no compression and that spark plug is slimy gray... If anyone has any ideas or who can help it would be appreciated not the best way to start the boating season
