Sweet! I've needed something like this many times.
 
I have it used it and I works great. I repaired a spot on my rear bench seat and even colored it to match (sort of). Do not apply in direct sunlight ... this will cause the product to harden immediately. The one limitation is you need to be able to get the light to the product so you can fill or weld with it but you cant glue one thing to another unless one side is transparent enough to allow light through.
 
The wife bought me the kit for Christmas. I just haven't had a chance to use it yet.
