Is 314 hours really high for a 2020 AR195

Marina about 100 miles away from me has this listing. Debating driving up and taking a look. AR195 with 314 hours for $30,900. Is that too high for the number of hours? Up in the NY 1000 Islands region.

Says gelcoat has been redone, why? Accident or hull abuse? Thats a warning flag to me, plus the hours. Asking all the money in a poor market. It would be a no for me

I know that I’ve read on here that these engines are good for 1,000 hours.. I’m at about 250 on mine..

That price point seems pretty high considering what a similar "carry over" 2024 is listed at certain dealers across the US. Granted, the boats are not in NY. $22k to $25k is a more comfortable range for the boat you are looking at, especially since it's almost August.
