Is a 2018 ar195 much better than a 2012 sx190?

We have owned our 2012 sx190 for about 6 years now and have loved it. It has been a great reliable boat but one thing that has always annoyed me is the noise it makes when traveling at speed. I have tried sound deadening etc but I still feel it’s very loud.
I am considering selling and moving to a ar210 or ar195. The 195 is handy as it fits in the garage. Does anyone have an oppinion on how much of better boat the 195 is? Is it much quieter and more powerful? Is it worth the trouble and expense to swap them?

thank you all.

Hello- For sure more powerful, but not necessarily quieter. I recently purchased a 2023 AR195 but have not splashed it yet. This is the supercharged 1.8 L motor at 250 HP. This boat is supposed to do 48 MPH with a few folks on board. With all jet boats, they will be louder than say an Outboard motor for sure, due to the higher RPMS that they turn, and the motor being in the boat. In addition to the more powerful motor, the vinyl seats are better quality, you have a wake tower, pop up cleats, etc. etc with the AR models as upgrades.
I did some research before purchasing and this was the best bang for the buck in a 19 foot boat.
