Is it worth sending back an AO cooler for repair

Are the Yeti/etc coolers "better"? Yeah, probably. But not for me.

I don't need a cooler that keeps ice for 5-7 days. I need a cooler that will keep ice from noon Saturday for maybe another 8 or 9 hours. If there's ice left over and I can top it off for a Sunday excursion, that's great, but not required. I like the softsided coolers because I can load the boat at home and drive to the launch without worrying about a hard cooler sliding around in the boat while en route, and possibly impacting and damaging the fiberglass within the boat.
