Ran a GoPro for a nice little up and back run of a creek that feeds into our lake.

Looks like a blast!

How wide is that creek just before you turned around? Looked tight.

My guess would be varies between 15' to 50'. Going 60 mph so it's hard to tell!!

hey that's my creek! we've canoed it 4-5 times from alton bridge back to sycamore bend park,

You need to be careful after you cross the new alton bridge and take that right hand turn where you turned around there is a 10" steel water/drainage pipe that runs across the creek,
I would guess right now it a foot or two underwater but we've seen it when the water is low 5-6ft up in the air,

I've often thought about taking the boat on that high speed run or even just a low speed one day to freak the fishermen out,

Yeah, I know the pipe. I spin around right before it. I've fished and duck hunted that creek since '99, I've just never thought to run it on a ski. I usually make a slow run to make sure there are no boaters or kayakers then do a few high speed runs.
