I am wanting to take my yamaha exciter 220 on the kansas river. It is about 40 min drive from me. I would be starting around kansas city. I cant find any rules on how I should proceed, and I'm curious if anyone has where i can get that kind of info other than reading a bunch of legal documents? I am also curious to hear your experiences on this river!

I don't have much to add but that river is extremely shallow. I've always thought that might be why I never see powered boats in it.
