I was at the Hickory Creek town hall yesterday buying my boat ramp pass and during the conversation I mentioned it would be nice to have some more water in the lake. The lady told me they were intentionally keeping it a few feet lower to help place the pylons for the new I35 bridge.

I have no idea how true it is but it does make me feel a little better.

Hopefully that is true. I've been doing daily rain dance in my back yard and my neighbors are keeping their distance from me. Lol
