Glad to have you on board, we've had a couple of good threads about water intrusion on the FSH, unfortunately I don't think Yamaha has ever helped solve the problem,
here is one you can look at to give you some trouble shooting areas,

If you do a google search with " jetboaters.net FSH water intrusion" it might give you some good hits, the forum's search feature isn't always the best,

Be sure to check out our FAQ tab for lots of great info on maintaining your boat,

Scottintexas, thanks for the reply and info. Just called Yamaha and nice receptionist told me she has never received one complaint? Really surprised! Hard to believe that no-one anyone called this problem in? I also spoke to Yamaha mechanic and they haven't had any calls??

That is too funny several people on here have told them about it and I have told 2 people at Yamaha along with my dealer. I assume if they pretend it does not exist it might just go away. I can say that while my boat has been in a covered slip this summer and during normal boating its been dry. The drain plugs and hull drain sit below the rear drain plugs so on a level driveway the bilge will even kick on before the water gets deep enough to run out the rear drains. Going to have to figure out something for winter probably get a carport to keep the boat under so I don't have water sitting in the hull causing issues from snow or rain.
