Saw a bunch of boats beached this weekend on a beach at lake ouchita. I decided to do it myself. Big mistake. Any idea how much $$ this is going to cost me?

You won't have to fix the area covered by your future keel shield. Damage looks minimal and would likely cost under $800 to sand and buff the scratches. Slightly more if they need to fill with gelcoat. You should repair the area above the future keel shield before you install it to make the repair a little easier.

Is any of it through the gel coat?

If not I would leave it for a winter repair.
