LED Cup Holders

I put my speaker rings on an LED dimmer. Mine are extremely bright and would have been obnoxious without the dimmer. My LED cupholders I didn't put on a dimmer since they aren't anywhere near as bright.

There are various ways to do cupholders. Those that have only 3 small chips won't be bright and don't need it. But those that use acrylic cupholder rings and line them with RGB or even single color 3528 or 5050 LED's will have about 26 .24 watt chips in there cupholders...and without a dimmer...let's just say you need a dimmer. Most LED controllers will give you not only color changing, but dimming capability. Even fully dimmed, cupholder and in boat speaker rings can be obnoxiously bright if the LED's can be seen directly.

My wife loved the look. I am going to start getting this planned out. Thanks again!

What are you guys using for an LED controller or dimmer?
