Wanted to share some news with everyone. Most of the St.Lunatics already know what's going on.

Looks like my crew will be locals for the big Shelbyville gathering. :woot:
We are selling our big house in West County and buying a Condo in Valley Park. Then we went a little crazier and are also buying a house in Shelbyville at the lake. We have a buyer for the house and are working through all the inspections right now, wish us luck. We are also working through the inspections, etc.. on the 2 properties we are buying. Fortunately and crazily, all closings are scheduled on the same day. Working with the Marina to get into a slip with a lift for our boat as well.
Things have been kinda crazy around our house for the last 3 months preparing for making this change, everything is starting to come together.

Congrats T! I'm thinking a Shelbyville Gathering house warming party!

Man, this is still exciting to hear about and wish you guys the best!!!

Interesting idea, will have to see what we can do about that. House has a large above ground pool, deck around the pool needs some work, so I will have to see what I can get done by then.

Thanks Jerry, everything is moving so fast, we are kind of reeling from everything we have done, and still have to do to get everything squared away. Closing on 2/28 so the next 4 weeks will be interesting for sure.

Man the house name could be permanent vacation , very cool !!!

So if I have an overflow crew you will have room?:)

Pretty awesome man! I guess your tax dollars in a way have supported our trip sponsors in a way, lol!
Hope all closings go well!

That's pretty cool Trace, you getting a slip at Lithia?

That is the plan, won't know for sure whether we can get in until late February, early March, but they are telling us it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks Lee, keeping our fingers crossed that nothing insurmountable shows up.

Is the garage going to be big enough to store the Tige?

Congrats ! We will be visiting Shelbyville late March to look at RV sites for our camper we will let you know a date and if you guys are there we can come see the house !

That awesome trace..... I know you been very busy. Just think in 27 days it will all be worth it. Then I think you will need to take a break and put you feet up.

Wow, that's a lot of juggling. Congrats @trace on all of your new purchases. Some guys know how to get things done in the winter ;)

Not sure, we measured the garage, but didn't write it down. It might fit without the platform, the first hurdle is the doors, I think they are too small to get the boat through, but that would only be a winter storage thing.

Even better, it was the wife's idea, so I get a free pass on the drama we have to deal with.
