So we've had a deposit down on a 2021 255XD -- it arrived at the dealer last week and they should be prepping it next week for us to look at and test drive. Pending us liking the ride, features and surf wave, we'll be buying it and selling our 2008 AR210. We've loved our AR210. It's in excellent shape and still runs as good as when we bought it 10 years ago. We've had the upper gray parts of the seats re-upholstered and the gel coat polished and it pretty much looks like new (other than a few scratches from the trailer bow roller). Upgrades include Exile amp and two Exile Tower speakers, LED accent lights under the seats, Keel guard, SS scupper valve, wake/surf board rack, EZ locks for clean out ports, Mirror and a few other minor things. We just did oil change Summerization service at local Yamaha dealer and everything passed with flying colors. Dealer said it has 400 Hrs. We took it out for the first time this year last weekend and drove and started up perfectly again.
We've owned it for 10 years (2nd owners) and other than a few very minor repairs, the boat has been amazing. We're very picky and I think it would be hard to find a 2008 in better shape. Wanted to get opinions on how much we should list it for sale for? I know the market it crazy hot right now and it's hard to find good used boats for sale. We'll likely list it for sale next month.
