Looking for a new storage facility as my current one got bought out. owners have made some very much needed improvements around the property, which were a huge plus! Did not mind the rate increased at all, but I just found out since the new owners no longer own the marina, I will have to pay an additional $15-$20 every time to launch the boat, or have the option to pay a $300 launching fee that will cover one year.
I been with this storage facility for well over 6 years, and it worked out great because the marina is just 1/2 mile away and most importantly the storage fee covered all launching fees.
Now I'm looking to see where do you guys that live near Conroe TX store your boats, this would help me narrow down my search to couple facilities to visit with.
current storage unit is right off HWY 105 1/2 mile away from lake Conroe.
