Yesterday I noticed when I pushed up on the wake tower the starboard side had some play where the base of the tower sits on the boat and the port side didn’t. First thing I checked was the knobs for lowering the tower. Tight. I looked for access inside the storage compartment behind the captains seat. Poor access, but was able to get this picture of what appears to be 3 small (1/4”?) bolts holding on the wake tower. Hopefully not the case. Already feel like the 2022 AR250 isn’t the same quality as our 2016 AR192. I’m going to gather up enough ratchet extensions this morning to see if I can tighten the nuts. Anyone else have this issue?

This has been brought up before and while not common, it is an item that should be checked periodically. @swatski and others have threads reporting this exact issue.
I have checked mi e a few times and they were never loose. I guess it depends on if the installation process was done correctly or vibrations while using the boat etc..

Got it resolved this morning. There are two 1/2” bolts w/ 3/4” nuts holding the tower to the boat. I had to remove the back rest cushion to access two 5” access holes to tighten the nuts. The forward one had about 1/4” slop and the rear one took a couple cranks to be tight. Later I want to check the port side too. This will now be included in my PMS.
thanks for the reply.
