Meal ideas..??

Pretty sure you didnt really want 20 deli meat posts. So here goes again.
Have a butcher's shop nearby? Mine has 30 or so flavored brats/sausages. Most of last summer, me or the wife would pick a new one. All awesome.
Got a smoker? I portion pulled pork and pulled beef. Then heat up in foil packet. Trying pulled chicken this year too.
I picked up a small griddle, maybe 6 x 6 and made by weber. Had hot ham and chez, Reubens. Fried egg on your burger anyone?

I tried fried egg on my burger and just couldn't get into it. Of course the yolk was still runny (bleh) but not my thing at all and this was from the famous Just The Cook boat burger.
