Hi all and happy summer!
Looking to replace\install a new stereo in my little jet boat.
Nothing fancy, just a basic system. 55wx4
The old engine electrics were quite smoked.
It has a 16 amp stator.
The new stereo draws 10amps.
There is a blower that draws 2.5amps maybe.
Will all these running at the same time, plus the draw from the engine electrics, plus the draw from gauges, engine clock, plug in phone chargers, bilge pump and system charging, overload the charging system?
Or am I good to go with that?
I really don't want to smoke the new electrics.
I appreciate any help\opinions and thanks in advance!
