Can any kind jet boater here offer some answers regarding 2015 242 LS? It's too hot a boat to pass but it needs to go through 8 ft tall garage doors.

- Is the tower, when folded down, no taller than the windshield? (Spec says this boat is at 102" on trailer with tower down, but other 24 footers w/o a tower are at 94".)
- Would the front pivot hinge design of the tower allow taking off tower with reasonable of work every time? Assume I'll cut all wires and put connecters on them.

Would like to personally verify these at local dealership but they don't have one in stock for the moment.

Thanks!

With the tower up its 110" not sure about down. On the AR it would be difficult to remove completely the LS is different though. Not supposed to transport it with the tower down unless the shipping braces are installed.

@Williamsone46 can you help this gentlemen out? I believe that you fold your's down to get it into the new home.

Here is a pic of mine against a new home standard garage..NO way it would fit with or without a tower.
