Missing flush out engine adapter

Wondering if there is any way to go around not using the flush out adapter? Currently missing the part. On Yamaha ar240
 
I’m not necessarily recommending this because I don’t know how much pressure is too much pressure, however, this little nozzle from a Shower Wand from Lowe’s or wherever could work? You would have to hold it by hand obviously.

For some reason the nozzle pic won’t expand. Sorry!
