I own a pair of 2004 Yamaha Wave Runners (FX Cruiser HO) that were damaged in a multi-car accident while on the trailer. They're old but have been well-maintained with minimal hours (20-40 annually and covered or indoor storage offseason). Engines had been running beautifully. One sustained the bulk of rear impact and was dislodged from the trailer. It has hull damage and not worth repairing. The other appears to have only sustained damage to the rear, external area (i.e. jet nozzle housing/reverse bucket.) They are current stored at a marina/service center in Howell, MI. My ideal scenario would be to unload the severely damaged one, maybe recovering minimal $ for engine parts. I'd love to have the other one inspected and repaired, but can't find any service shop that'll touch it (have talked to several). They won't deal in aftermarket/used parts. I live in Columbus, OH and it's not practical for me to manage a piecemeal approach. Any referrals to a resource in SE Michigan that I could discuss options with?

You might have more luck at one of the jet ski forums like greenhulk.net.
