Tomorrow morning my family and I are traveling to Orlando and I want to ask if any of you are aware of the current traffic and fuel situations on Interstate 10 eastbound and Interstate 75 Southbound from I-10. Any information you can provide will be very helpful.

The people I have talked to coming back to my area have just said it is slow and takes a bit to find fuel. Not impossible but just plan to fill up early.

One thing that you should keep an eye on is they are watching a river on I75 that may cause the interstate to close. May be worth the detour down 98 if you want to play it safe.

Here's he link about the river:

Some coworkers said 75S was pretty bad today. If you're coming from the panhandle I'd recommend 19 to Suncoast down to Tampa. The fuel crunch seems to be over here since they cleared the port of Tampa fuel farms safe for use

Good deal! Thanks guys!

If you don't have to. I would wait. Made the drive from Niceville to Punta Gorda yesterday the 12th. 15ish hours. For the 525ish trip. Bumper to bumper average speed was 35mph. Gas is almost unattainable the lines at the gas stations are unbelievable something I've never seen in my lifetime. Thank God we use diesel. They are also talking about closing down i75 110 to Gainesville so I would check on that before I left. Good luck.

Live near Daytona and work in Orlando. Drove it today and zero issues. Gas everywhere, everything is opened back up. You should not have any issues.
