Ouch. That removed part of the chine. I would tint some maine epoxy for that and finish with color matched gel coat.

Agree with above. Getting the exposed fiberglass wet will lead to blistering. Dry it good with a hair dryer before repairing.

I agree with @Mainah, the Chine has been damaged. It will take at least a layer of epoxy possibly with microballoons to build it up so it can be sanded back into shape. And then color match gelcoat.
