Need some IT advice

My wife's email account was hacked a couple of weeks ago so she changed her password thinking that we fix the problem. After a couple of weeks it's happened again. Is there something else we need to be looking for in our home system and is there anything we can do to track these folks that are doing this??

It's also possible that you have a key logger installed which will record every key stroke and possibly transmit them to the hacker bot.

Also, depending on the email account type (Gmail, etc...) You can turn on a secondary protection option that will require unauthorized computers to input a pin number that is sent via text message to the phone number that you have on file. I recommend that you enable this if your email account has this functionality.
