Need to help YAMAHA 255xe Surfpoinet/Transducer/Stereo/Joystick communication failure

My yamaha 255XE Only 15 hours have some problem. .
The following failure occurred when the switch was turned on the next day.
Turn on the switch.Some alarms appear on the screen.First:Surfpoinet alarms. And then:Transducer/Stereo/Joystick/Bilge/Blower/Anchor failure alarms. Only the sound responds.
Check that there is no problem with the two PDMs behind the boat.
Go to the background of the boat system,no BCU and BALLSTER buttons.
Can anyone help with the following so sad。

Did you ever resolve this? I just lit up my 2023 AR250 for the new season, and was greeted with the “Transducer Communication Failure” message, too.

Looking for the same answer from anyone. I was listen in g to the radio at home cleaning it and it kept going off every 5-10 minutes.

You're battery, at 12.1v, is low. Charge and then cycle the power 5-7x.
