Non Boat Stuff New 20" Tires

I just bought a new truck and had the tires swapped immediately. These tires have less than 100 miles on them. They are Bridgestone Dueller H/L OWL in 275/55R20. I went with more aggressive A/T tires and just looking to make some money back. $675 OBO. Here is a link to them online for comparison:
