Question on your post - does the Ballast Kit include both bags plus a Tsunami pump? Or simply the 2 bags?

I happen to be traveling out East this week and out of pocket. I recently purchased Yamaha's new 22' boat with the awesome storage in the stern seats. Let me verify if the dealer included the ballasts (doubtful) as part of the deal. Thank you for getting back to me.
