Just bought a 2017 scarab 195 ho impulse. Pretty happy with the boat so far. But the dealer sucks. The only problem I have with the boat is the top speed. I was seeing 43 44mph. But as of lately I'm only getting around 40. I was hoping for 50s. Other than that I like it.
The only upgrades as of now is the kicker led remote to change the led colors. I'm thinking of getting the kicker tower speakers because that's what's in the boat now, plus I can't afford wet sounds. Is there anything I could do to get an extra 5 to 10mph without ruining the warranty and sacrificing low end?
