New member from PA

Hello Everyone!

My name is Chip and live in PA and stumbled across this forum in my research for a Yamaha jet boat. I don't have much experience with them other then renting a couple about 10 years ago while in Mrytle Beach SC and having a blast with it. Just here to learn and become a knowledgable person when it comes time to purchase.

I live in Eastern PA .... Real close to where Yuengling beer is made and my wife has given me approval to join this forum

Welcome aboard. I live in Downingtown, PA which is a few miles away from "Victory" beer microbrew. I lurked the boards since 2007 and bought my boat in 2013. I spent the time in between dreaming of a day that I would have time to use a boat.

Thanks again everyone! I have already learned so much just reading thru the checklists and everything. Now I just need to find the right boat and from what my gut is telling me it would be a used SX230 HO. Not in a hurry and think I will wait and see with the end of season stuff and people wanting to upgrade to the new models.

Welcome - also live in eastern PA, closer to Philadelphia (Ridley Township). Purchased a used 09 SX230 in June and love it. Where would you be primarily boating? Blue Marsh ?
