Selling my land in Rock Harbor at Norris Lake. 1.3 acres, neighborhood has a million dollar covered marina. POA fees of $300 a year. And $300 extra for a yearly slip if your a land owner. Marina has power and is covered. Going thru a divorce and my plans have changed. 8K is my asking price, if you're interested I can answer any questions. POA fees and property tax paid for 2023. ($120 a year for property tax) There is no time frame or obligation to build, if building house must be at least 1600 sq ft including garage.

Seems like an amazing price- if I were anywhere near there I would snap it up

Sorry to hear that brother. .21 acres near Canyon lake TX - $63k for perspective. (Lake view not lake front). Lake front 200k + for .5 - 1 acre

Thanks. Oh I hear ya, same here on any decent lake in Indiana. Norris is a hidden gem, one of the most beautiful places in the US if you ask me.

Land is sold, going to list boat for 35K if anybody is interested. Had someone come and look at already, not sure if they will buy or not.
