The starboard nozzle on my new Chaparral Vortex just fell off. We were pulling a wakeboard at about 15 mph when the boat lost steering. With some difficulty, got her on the lift and this is what we saw - no starboard nozzle (see photos.)

I'm thinking this is a factory issue as the boat has about 20 hours on it. Any comments/help appreciated. Calling dealer in AM.

Is that cast aluminum that cracked? Ouch.
Yeah dealer needs to tell manufacturer and you need a new nozzle. Casting issue.
