Oil change

I just bought my first Yamaha (2011 242 Limited S) It was being brokered through a dealership. The oil and spark plugs were changed about 2 months ago and since then the boat has only been used for 1 dealership test drive and my boat survey test drive. (About 1 hour of time)
I bought the Jet boat pilot kits to change the oil and I have new spark plugs but it is worth doing now before I store it? I’m in NJ so it will sit until next April/May

think i'd wait til spring to change the oil...
unless it was performing poorly, i'd wait til the following spring to swap the plugs...try to get a season out of them.

If it has only been used one time, and that is confirmed, don't bother with any of that service. So many of us do our annual service on the water and run stabilizer in the fuel on the last couple outings to get it worked into the system. So considering this boat annually serviced is just fine.

As far as the plugs, 100% no. So many folks swap plugs way more often than is generally needed. There is a fine line between "piece of mind" and just plain wasteful. As mentioned above, unless you see a drop in RPM, or engine missing at RPM, those plugs can get multiple seasons on them. If they were just swapped, there is no need at all to swap them even next spring.

Ok cool, I have a 16oz bottle of fuel med RX do I use the whole bottle? There’s no directions on it.

I do believe that it says on the label of an 8oz bottle that it treats 24 gallons. So that would be an ounce per 3 gallons. You can't mess it up, as it burns. Seafoam, for example is an oz/gallon. But it won't hurt if you go more or less.
