I recently upgraded from my '14 AR190 to a '21 195S and have put the boat away for storage for the winter. I'm starting to plan my spring upgrades now. I had added a second battery and Blue Seas kit on my previous boat and am debating on whether or not to do the same on the new boat. I'm planning to add a five channel amp to power the main speakers and add a sub as well. It won't be anything too crazy and we don't blast the tunes, especially when parked. We're usually not out parked for more than a few hours. I always have a portable jump pack in the boat just in case the starting battery needs a boost.

Should I give it a go with just one or take the plunge right off the bat with two? If I stay with one, what type of battery is best? The old boat had an interstate deep cycle as the starter when I got it. The new one has an Interstate "starting battery."

Thanks in advance!
