We have been bandaid fixing our 20 year old Ruud air conditioning unit for the last 5 years or so. Compressor #3 was on its last days and we finally bit the bullet to upgrade the entire system. We went with a Bryant and man this thing is super quiet and powerful!! We didn’t realize we were also getting a new Ecobee thermostat and that thing is pretty cool too what all it can do and that we can control the unit from anywhere in the country.
They just finished the install and it was 82 degrees in the house and within 10 minutes the temps are dropping fast. So happy I won’t have to worry every day if our AC is going to be working when we come home from work. This should definitely add to the home when we put it in the market.
