PIlot outlet, "pee hole", problem?

Someone on this board wrote of using ear plugs...
 
I guess I would be one of those persons. Where is a binnacle? Photo anyone?
This is a fairly standard function on most boats with transmissions. It just happens to also work (somewhat) on our boats without transmissions.
If the throttles are in "neutral" and you push the indicated button, then move the throttles it will rev the engines without moving the reverse gate. There is one on each side for each throttle (they are independent of each other)

Maboat - really! I did not know it could do that. I'm excited to give it a try this weekend. Goes to show you learn something new on the forum every visit.

Also, I found that the pee hole line from my port engine was also constricted by an over tightened zip tie from the factory. Longest run as Mel points out and constricted. Double whammy. It was hardly flowing at idle but going pretty good at higher rpm. Replaced the zip tie and both flow the same now.
