New to jet boats and boating in general. I purchase a 2005 sx230 HO about 3 weeks ago. I been out on the water about 4 times now and absolutely love the boat. I was last out on the boat for the 4th of July (2 days ago) and I noticed a wet spot in my driveway this morning that had not been there the past 2 days. I got under the boat to see where the water was coming from because it was odd that it sat for 2 day post being on the water with no wet spot then all of a sudden a wet spot on the driveway. There is a pink watery fluid dripping down from the grate intake/impeller area. It almost looks like pink antifreeze. I'm not sure what it is or what is causing this. Any help would be appreciated. Little more info- the boat was in storage the last 1.5 years and had been winterized with antifreeze before the last owner put it in storage. Thanks again for the help.

It's winterizing antifreeze, most likely the previous owner spilled some in the bilge, and your boat is dripping this out now that it's seen some use. Btw, you don't have to winterize these engine blocks like you do with an I/O.

Great to know. I thought that was what it may have been but just wanted to be sure so I didn't do any damage to the boat. Thanks for the reply
