Engine won't go above 5200 rpms

I know this is against troubleshooting rules but I threw 4 new coils in with a k&n cone air filter that I had laying around took it out and now it works. It’s not as fast out of the hole like I expected but it seems like I’m experiencing some cavitation.

The cavitation is a probably not related to the limited rpm issue. I’d start by visually and physically (run your hand along the impeller shaft to feel for fishing line) inspecting the intake grate and area before the impeller, just a small amount of missing silicone can cause major cavitation. Also look for obstructions between the blades and before the stator (stationary blades behind the impeller). Anything past the impeller should not cause cavitation but could decrease performance (acceleration and / or top speed).

So now you are getting 7400 rpm’s ?
