Plese help with - Yamaha SX190 2017 - trouble code 123

Hi,

i have a boat SX190 Yamaha 2017, and it has problem with engine only 2000rpm. It shows trouble code 123 (521310). Could you please help what to do? Do i need to clean fault by diagnostic or do i have to change any parts?
