I'm not sure about the hull at large, but I know my '17 has a few wooden bulkheads. Seatbacks/bottoms, doors, and hatches are all FRP or some form of plastic. I've found a few mounting "pads" here and there (like in the gunwales where the tower attaches) that have plywood glassed over, but still exposed in the "wall" of the hole.
Doesn't bother me a bit. Wood is an excellent building material, even in a marine environment. The maintenance is higher than pure fiberglass (or fully sealed wood), but that doesn't make it a bad choice. It's heavy, has good NVH damping characteristics, and allows a bit of flex in high stress areas.
